Senior Management and Key Personnel
BANDEX's Senior Management comprises the individuals responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the entity's strategies and operations, as previously approved by the Board of Directors. They must have sufficient autonomy to perform their assigned functions within the policies approved by the Board and under its oversight. Composition of Senior Management
It is comprised of the management positions located at different hierarchical levels of the BANDEX organizational structure. These levels are as follows:
- General Manager
- General Secretary
- Executive Vice Presidents
Key personnel
“Key personnel” refers to BANDEX employees who are not part of Senior Management but who hold influential and decisive positions in decision-making and the execution of guidelines established by the Board of Directors and Senior Management of the entity.

The positions considered as Key Personnel at BANDEX are the following:
- Senior Vice Presidents
- Compliance officer
- Cybersecurity and Information Security Officer
- Internal Auditor
