BANDEX takes the protection of our clients' data very seriously and adheres to the provisions of Law No. 172-13 on the comprehensive protection of personal data. The Bank reserves the right to retain such data for as long as it deems necessary to meet the needs of its clients, ensure the efficiency of its operations, prevent fraud, resolve claims and problems, and carry out other actions related to the nature of the entity in order to comply with the current legal framework. When, in the Bank's judgment, it is appropriate to delete a user's personal data, this process will be carried out securely. Any dispute related to the use of this portal will be resolved in accordance with common law.
