For BANDEX, women are very important, which is why we have designed flexible programs that give the opportunity to the development of companies led by them. They should only approach us in order to opt for financing that contributes to optimizing the performance of their usual activities or increasing them; For us, it is an important line of development to support entities whose human capital is made up mostly of the female gender.
Below is a brief description of the programs through which we have supported companies that are led by women.
Female Exporter Credit
Credit specially designed for the financing of companies led by women with export operations or that belong to the export supply chain, with the objective of channeling resources that contribute to the production of national goods and services of exportable supply and the economic empowerment of the women. The amount assigned to the program is RD$500 million pesos.
SME Operations
Path designed to reach and contribute to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through strategic alliances and collaboration agreements with financial institutions and cooperatives that provide financing for the promotion of SMEs in the Dominican Republic, thereby encouraging their growth. and sustainability. As an example, we have agreed on financing lines with the ADOPEM Savings and Credit Bank, which is a financial institution that directly supports female entrepreneurs. The SME program has an amount of RD$1,500 million pesos.
BANDEX Transforms
It has been specially designed to offer flexible and unique financing alternatives in the market, to strengthen the mechanization and modernization of agricultural and construction processes, allowing projects to be carried out efficiently. The amount allocated for this program is 3,000 million pesos.
It is aimed at projects that are being developed at the national level, with special attention to strategic development areas, of great social and economic relevance for the Dominican Republic.
Avance Salud Bandex is a specialized program that will offer flexible and unique financing options in the market to the health network that serves Senasa patients nationwide. The program offers, among other options, facilities for women who manage health consultations or multi-service health centers. The amount allocated for this program is 3,000 million pesos.
In total as of February 2024 we have a total disbursement in those programs described above of $891,215,921.40.
