Posting inactive accounts

In compliance with the provisions of article 56, literal c), of the Monetary and Financial Law, and in accordance with article 13 of the Regulation of Inactive and/or Abandoned Accounts in Financial Intermediation Entities, issued by Second Resolution of the Board Monetary dated July 12, 2012, we make public the list of accounts with inactivity for ten (10) years as of April 30, 2021. We inform the holders of these accounts that the funds will be transferred to the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic within a period of six (6) months from this publication.

Once the abandoned accounts are transferred to the Central Bank, their holders may claim them from said Institution with the documentation that supports their ownership, and the Central Bank may consult and/or validate with our entity if appropriate.
